How Yoon Laboratories Inc. collects, uses, and protects personal information through the YQ Series product and its dashboard.

Data controller
The legal entity responsible for the personal information this site collects.

Yoon Laboratories Inc. operates this site and is the data controller for personal information collected through it.

Where this Privacy Policy and any regional notice conflict, the regional notice controls for the relevant jurisdiction.

1. What we collect

Account information — name, email address, password hash, and the role assigned to you when you sign up.

Workspace data — quantum endpoint registrations, entanglement job runs, Bell-state measurements, satellite pass windows, telemetry signals, and any documents or files you load into the dashboard.

Telemetry — server logs (request paths, status codes, latency), authentication events, and product-feature usage events that we record to investigate incidents and improve the product.

2. How we use it

To provide the service — run entanglement jobs, surface link-health telemetry, generate quantum-attested timestamps, and render the dashboard for your account.

To authenticate and authorize — verify that you are signed in and that your role has access to the surface you are calling.

To investigate and respond — debug incidents, answer support requests sent to john@yoonlabs.io, and notify you about service changes that affect your account.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on this site.

3. Cookies and authentication

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. The cookie is HTTP-only and scoped to this site. Sign-out clears it.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies on this site. Static assets and documentation pages may be cached by your browser.

4. Third-party processors

Hosting, database, and email infrastructure are operated by vetted vendors under contract to Yoon Laboratories Inc. Each vendor receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Authentication is delegated to a managed provider; the provider stores password material under our direct control and never discloses it to us in plaintext.

Where a law or transfer requires it, we update the list of processors in this section before going live.

5. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to satisfy tax, audit, and security obligations.

Workspace telemetry and quantum job records are retained at the resolution they were produced at; aggregated telemetry may be retained longer once it is no longer personally identifiable.

You can request earlier deletion of your account and personal data by writing to john@yoonlabs.io.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for.

If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (access, portability, objection, restriction), we will honor them in line with the law that applies to you.

Requests are handled by writing to john@yoonlabs.io. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Security

Yoon Laboratories Inc. protects personal information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.

Notifying us of a suspected vulnerability or incident via john@yoonlabs.io lets us investigate before public disclosure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are announced through the dashboard or by email when an account is on file.

9. Contact
