Terms of Service

By accessing or using the YQ Series product, the associated customer dashboard, the developer playground, or any affiliated application operated by Yoon Laboratories Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after we publish a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are entered into between you and Yoon Laboratories Inc., which is the operator of the YQ Series product.

References to "Yoon Labs", "we", "us", or "our" in any product surface refer to Yoon Laboratories Inc. The contracting entity is Yoon Laboratories Inc., not any reseller, integrator, or partner.

You must use the service in accordance with applicable law and with any usage limits or quotas we publish.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the service, its underlying quantum networking primitives, or any other account or workspace beyond your own.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account credentials. Notify us promptly at john@yoonlabs.io if you believe an account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or whose continued use creates a security, integrity, or compliance risk for the service.

Yoon Laboratories Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its quantum entanglement-distribution primitives, dashboard, APIs, documentation, and trademarks.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during the term of your subscription or access, subject to these Terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Research-build hardware, laboratory telemetry, and any pre-production surfaces are provided for evaluation only and are not warranted for production deployment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yoon Laboratories Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yoon Laboratories Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard or by email when an account is on file.
