Terms of Service

The agreement governing use of QuantumBridge, its dashboard, developer playground, and affiliated applications operated by Yoon Laboratories Inc.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Contracting entity

These Terms are between you and Yoon Laboratories Inc., operator of the QuantumBridge product. References to Yoon Labs, we, us, or our refer to that entity.

3. Permitted use

You must comply with law and published limits. You must not reverse-engineer protected systems, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access to another account or workspace.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or creates a security, integrity, or compliance risk.

5. Intellectual property

Yoon Laboratories Inc. retains all rights in the service, including its entanglement-distribution primitives, dashboard, APIs, documentation, and trademarks.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Research-build hardware and pre-production surfaces are evaluation-only. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Yoon Laboratories Inc.’s jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
